Jiangsu Huaxin Plastic Industry Developing Company Ltd. was founded in July 1999. We are a leading card material manufacturer in China, an appointed company for Governmental Gold-Card Program and an appointed supplier for Chinese Second Generation Citizen ID Card Program.

We have two calender production lines now. The annual production capacity is over 12,000 tons. All equipment and know-how are imported from Italy and Germany. All production procedures are auto controlled by computers. With advanced technology, our factory produces high quality PVC, ABS & PETG cores and overlays applied for credit cards, SIM cards, contactless cards, IC cards and ID cards.

We have a very young and intelligent management team. They work hard, combining theory with experience. Now our excellent team has created a very famous brand 'HUAXIN'. We provide good products and service not only in China but also to all over the world, including the USA, Japan, Russia, Korea, Malaysia, India and Pakistan.

We are currently engaged in R&D (Research and Development) to develop applications for card materials and diversify card material types. We research and development new card materials every year. PETG, a new environmentally-friendly material, is one of them. It is an appointed card material for Chinese Second Generation Citizen ID Card and Policeman ID card. It is a patented product with patent certificate. It also gets certificate and reward from the government.
